Tasting Notes:
On the nose: aromas of Pippin apple, pear and citrus combine with sweet vanilla and hints of toasty oak. Evolving to ripe fruit that’s complemented with notes of toasted hazelnuts, the texture is creamy with bright acidity, leading to a long, lingering finish.

Winemaker Notes:
This wine was hand harvested with whole cluster pressing. Barrel fermentated in French oak of which 40% was new, (Coopers—Francois Frere, Cadus). Partial Malolactic fermentation, Aged Sur Lies with regular stirring (batonage), approximately 9 months in barrel.
