4_17_image4.jpgWith a mission to share the beauties of this exceptional way of life, we’ve created the Pursuits Club.

More a wine “relationship” than club, it’s an invitation to wine lovers purchasing five-cases and more annually, to an array of occasions and opportunities that define this special world of beauty, quality and the quest for perfection.

PAIRING PERFECTION

Cabernet Sauvignon

Classic pairings like lamb and beef as
well as pork and venison are the perfect compliment to the richness of our
2004 Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Here are just a few of our favorite food ideas to enjoy with this wine.
  • Match the vigor of this Cabernet with that of Braised Lamb Shanks.
  • Enhance the flavors of Seared Tri-tip steak with this well-structured red wine.
  • For an intense flavor experience, pair this Cabernet Sauvignon and Parmigiano cheese.
